Terms of Service
Effective August 18, 2026 · Version 2026-08-18
These terms are an agreement between you and TourSense LLC, a Maryland limited liability company. You accept them when you create an account, and TourSense records that you did.
What TourSense is
TourSense turns your voice recap after a showing into a written summary, a buyer profile, and a brief before the next showing. It can also write showing notes to a CRM you connect. It is a tool for your own notes and workflow; it is not a CRM, a brokerage service, or legal, financial, or professional advice.
Your account
Keep your login credentials to yourself and give us accurate account information. An account is for one person. You're responsible for activity under your account.
Pricing and billing
The price and billing period are shown before you subscribe, and you'll always see what you're being charged before you're charged. If your subscription starts with a free trial, we'll tell you how long it runs and what you'll pay when it ends; it becomes a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel first. Billing is handled by Stripe; card details go to Stripe directly and TourSense never sees them. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the period you've paid for. If a price changes, we'll notify active accounts by email before the change applies to them. Payments already made aren't refundable except where the law requires it.
Your content
The recaps you record, the buyers you add, and everything built from them belong to you. You give TourSense LLC permission to store and process that content solely to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We don't use your content to train AI models and we don't sell it.
We may also use information about how TourSense is used, in a de-identified and aggregated form that doesn't identify you, your clients, or any individual property, to understand and improve the service and to develop new features. We won't try to re-identify it, we won't sell it, and this right continues after your account ends.
Your responsibilities
TourSense is designed for one thing: your own voice, describing a showing after it happens. Don't use it to record other people. You're responsible for complying with the laws and professional rules that apply to you, including recording-consent laws in your state and your obligations to your clients.
Summaries can be wrong
Summaries, profiles, and briefs are generated automatically from what you said, and automatic transcription and summarization make mistakes. Review anything important before you rely on it or send it anywhere. The transcript of what you actually said is always kept alongside the summary.
CRM connections
Connecting a CRM authorizes TourSense to write showing notes to your contacts there on your behalf. Those notes belong to your CRM account once written and stay there if you disconnect or cancel. Your use of a connected CRM remains governed by that CRM's own terms.
Calendar connections
If you add a showing calendar link, you're authorizing TourSense to read that calendar on your behalf. TourSense reads only; it never adds, changes, or cancels anything in your calendar. Your use of the scheduling service itself stays governed by that service's own terms, and you can remove the link at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't use TourSense to break the law, don't probe or disrupt the service, don't resell access, and don't try to extract other users' data or the underlying models.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using TourSense and delete your account at any time as described in the Privacy Policy. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, and we'll tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Warranties and liability
TourSense is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid TourSense LLC in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you haven't paid anything.
Changes to these terms
These terms carry a version, shown at the top of this page. If we make a change that meaningfully affects your rights or how your data is handled, we'll notify active accounts by email and ask you to accept the new version in the app before you keep using TourSense. For smaller changes, like corrections, clarifications, or contact details, we'll update this page and its version, and continued use after that counts as acceptance. A changed version never applies to you retroactively.
The rest of the agreement
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and TourSense LLC about TourSense, and they replace anything said or written before. You can't transfer your account or these terms to anyone else without our written agreement. We can transfer them to a company that acquires or reorganizes TourSense, in which case your account and your data go with the agreement on the same terms, and we'll notify active accounts. If a court decides that part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still stands.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Questions: support@gettoursense.com.
