Email support@gettoursense.com and we'll get you sorted.

What to include

Tell us what you were doing and what happened instead. If it involves a specific buyer or showing, the property address and the date are usually enough to find it. Please do not send passwords. We will never ask for one.

Common questions

My showings are not appearing. TourSense reads your ShowingTime calendar through a link you paste in Settings. That link carries the settings it had the day it was created, so if you have changed your ShowingTime settings since, generate a fresh link and paste it in again. Set past appointments to one week rather than not showing them at all, and turn cancelled appointments on.

A recap did not turn into a summary. Open the showing and use Reprocess. If it fails again, email us the property address and the date and we will look at it directly.

I want to change or delete my account. Delete Account is in Settings. If you do not have a subscription or free trial, it takes effect right away. If you do, cancel it in the billing portal first. You can then delete your account once your trial or current billing period ends, or email support@gettoursense.com and we will complete it for you. Deletion removes your buyers, showings, and recaps from your device and from your account backup. Notes already written to your CRM stay in your CRM. If you cannot sign in, email us from your account address and we will complete it within 30 days.

I have a question about billing. Manage your plan in the billing portal: update your card, see your invoices, or cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your trial or current billing period, and you are not charged after that. For anything else about billing, email us and we will sort it out directly.

Privacy and terms

Found something broken?

Tell us even if you have a workaround. TourSense changes based on what agents run into in the field, and a note that takes you thirty seconds often turns into the next fix.
